Yasati

Venerable Sayadaw Dr. Nodhinana was born in Magwe, Myanmar in 1971. He received ordination as a monk in 1991. He studied Buddhism in State Pariyati Sasana University, Mandalay and graduated in 1994 with an BA degree. In 1995 he continued his study in State Pariyati Sasana University, Mandalay and received MA degree in 2001. In 2007 he received PhD degree from International Theravada Buddhist Missionary University (ITBMU), Yangon. Ven. Sayadaw Dr. Nodhinana is now a professor in ITBMU, Yangon and teaches students especially for basic and advanced Pali Language. He also had been invited to conduct Intensive Pali Course in other countries such as China and India.
